- 13:30 Check-in: The event kicked off with warm welcomes and check-ins, setting a lively and positive tone as attendees arrived, eager to dive into the activities.
- 14:00 Breast Cancer Talk: We started with an insightful talk on breast cancer awareness, delivered with empathy and passion. The talk was not only informative but also deeply moving, reminding us of the importance of health and solidarity.
- 14:30 Announcement of Game Rules and Team Selection: The room buzzed with excitement as game rules were shared, and teams were formed. This was the beginning of friendly rivalries and team spirit, as everyone geared up to compete and support one another.
- 15:00 Round 1: Cycling/Pinky: The first round got us active! Cycling brought a rush of adrenaline, while the “Pinky” game added an element of playful competition. The atmosphere was filled with cheers, laughter, and encouragement.
- 15:30 Break: After all that excitement, we took a well-deserved break, sharing stories, smiles, and snacks as we recharged for the rounds ahead.
- 15:50 Tic Tac Toe: We jumped back into action with a giant game of Tic Tac Toe! Who knew this classic game could be so intense? It was a fun way to keep the momentum going.
- 16:10 Round 2: Just Dance Quiz: Then came the “Just Dance Quiz”—a crowd favorite! With music pumping and everyone on their feet, this round was all about rhythm and movement, sparking joy and light-hearted competition.
- 16:10 - Round 3: Puzzle and Catch the Stick: Simultaneously, participants flexed their mental muscles in a puzzle challenge and put their reflexes to the test with “Catch the Stick.” Both games had us cheering each other on and created some truly unforgettable moments.
- 17:10 - Winners Announcement, Certificates & Medals: As the event drew to a close, we celebrated everyone’s efforts with the much-anticipated winners' announcement. Certificates and medals were handed out, adding a touch of pride and achievement to an already fulfilling day.
