Kia ora! 

The New Zealand Central Section is hosting its Annual General Meeting at the Wellesley Boutique Hotel at 6pm on Thursday 28th November 2024. In addition to the AGM, we will host a talk from a member of our community before finishing with a buffet dinner for both NZCS members and their partners. While the AGM is free to attend, there is a $20 fee for each person that would like to enjoy the buffet dinner, as below:  

Main:

  • Garden Ranch: iceberg and cos lettuce, capsicum, radishes, cucumber, and tomatoes with a garden ranch dressing (Vegan).
  • Creamy Potato Gratin: layered potatoes baked in cream with gruyere and thyme (Gluten Free).
  • Steamed seasonal vegetables with toasted nuts and seeds (Gluten Free).
  • Cannelloni: spinach and ricotta filled pasta in a rich tomato sauce (Vegan).
  • Roasted Beef Sirloin with button mushrooms and a wholegrain mustard cream sauce.

Dessert: 

  • Coconut rice pudding with stewed mango (Vegan and Gluten Free).
  • Banoffee pie with home-made toffee sauce and toasted meringue.

Drinks:

  • Tea and coffee.
  • Water.

 

If you would like to attend, please register by 14th November 2024. We kindly ask that you either pay ahead of time via the Section’s bank account (03-0502-0585328-000) or bring cash to the event. 

 

If you would like to nominate someone (including yourself) for an NZCS Committee role, please email yi.mei@vuw.ac.nz, specifying the position you are interested in, by 21st November 2024.
