EMAC by Jordan Abshire

EMAC (Emergency Management Assistance Compact) is a state-to-state mutual aid system where states can share resources, including local, volunteer, and private, as long as that state has enabling mechanisms to recognize those entities as agents of the state. As far as reimbursement, EMAC-eligible expenses are reimbursable but must be paid by the home agency/organization on the front end.
