Community Tech Support Day took place on April 8, 2024, at the local school. IEEE Student Branch volunteers helped around 30 community members with basic tech troubleshooting, device setup, and training on essential tools. The event also featured mini-workshops on internet safety and using popular software.
Community members expressed gratitude for the accessible support provided. The event strengthened the IEEE Student Branch’s relationship with the community, and many attendees suggested making it a recurring event.
