Executive Board Meeting: Preparation for Upcoming Events and Strategic Planning

A meeting was held by the Executive Board to discuss preparations for upcoming activities, with a focus on the simultaneous scheduling of RoboCup ENSI 7.0 and preperations for the TSYP RAS-PES-SIGHT Technical Challenge, and the CASS Technical Challenge.
Due to the overlap, tasks were strategically divided to ensure effective management of all events.
Additionally, an online workshop in celebration of IEEE Day was scheduled for the following week, providing participants with both theoretical insights and practical applications of PID controllers, particularly within the realm of robotics.
This workshop will reinforce IEEE’s commitment to knowledge,sharing and technological innovation.
