On 05th October 2024, the Computer Science Students’ of the IEEE Student Branch organized an exciting “Treasure Hunt” event at D-Block Auditorium. This event has a total entry of 250+ student it was designed to test logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork skills of the participants. The Treasure Hunt included a flappy bird task in the beginning to qualify, participants have to score a specific value to reach the next clues that links together to the final treasure.

The competition featured multiple teams, each showcasing their analytical skills and creativity as they navigated through the different levels of the game. After a thrilling sequence of stages and intense competition, Team 1 (Babbar) and Team 2 (Thar Rox) were declared winners. The winning team members included:

The winners were awarded certificates and prizes by the Head of Department, Prof. Manish Gupta, and Dr. Neelaksh, for their outstanding performance and teamwork throughout the event. The primary aim of the competition was to foster a sense of camaraderie among students while simultaneously honing their quick thinking and problem-solving capabilities.

The event was successfully coordinated by student coordinators Anjali Debnath, Sanya Ruhela, and Sarthak Parik, and was supported by senior coordinators from the 4th year, including Vivek Kishore and Samarth Rastogi. From the 3rd year, the student coordinators Ananya Agarwal, Divyanshi Saxena, Hannan, Magan Mehrotra, Pari Dubey, Aarush Chauhan, and Asmita Suri played an active role in the organization and execution of the event. The 2nd-year students—Anikta Bhatnagar, Divyansha Sharma, Mahima, Siddarth Bhatnagar, Sanchit Agarwal, Vaibhav Goyal, Tushar Varshney, and Radhika Agarwal— contributed significantly to the success of the event.

The faculty mentors for the event— Richa Saxena, Ms. Sakshi Singh, Mr.Rohit Singh, and Mr. Prabal Bhatnagar—played a significant role in guiding and supporting the organizing committee. Their encouragement and assistance were pivotal in making this event a grand success.
