All India Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)-2024
Uttaranchal University organized the 'All India Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)-2024' workshop. NAAC Chairman Prof. Anil Dattatreya Sahasrabuddhe was the chief guest, with special guests including State Higher Education Secretary Mr. Shailesh Bagauli, IIT Delhi Director Prof. Rangan Banerjee, TeamLease EdTech CEO Mr. Shantanu Rooj, and Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham IQAC VP Prof. Prashant Nair.
University President Mr. Jitendra Joshi welcomed the esteemed guests. Prof. Sahasrabuddhe highlighted the significance of the Academic Bank of Credit and AI in education. He stressed the need for more institutions to seek NAAC accreditation.
State Higher Education Secretary Mr. Shailesh Bagauli praised NAAC's role in transforming government universities. Prof. Rangan Banerjee emphasized the alignment of university curricula with local, national, and international needs.
Vice Chancellor Prof. Dharmabuddhi discussed the workshop's aim to integrate best practices from various universities. IQAC Director Engineer Rajesh Deorari delivered the vote of thanks.
Notable attendees included University Vice President Ankita Joshi, Executive Director Dr. Abhishek Joshi, Pro-Vice Chancellor Prof. Rajesh Bahuguna, and other university leaders.
