Empowering school students for Tomorrows Engineers

Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women (Autonomous), in collaboration with the IEEE Power and Energy Society Chapter, organized an enlightening session titled "Empowering School Students for Tomorrow's Engineers" on November 23, 2024, at Zilla Parishad High School (ZPHS), Mogallu. The program aimed to inspire school students to explore the world of engineering, understand its significance, and ignite their interest in pursuing engineering as a career. The event was graced by Dr. Balaji, Associate Professor at Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women, as the speaker. Dr. Balaji delivered an engaging and motivational lecture, introducing students to the fundamentals of engineering and its impact on society. The event saw enthusiastic participation, with around 80 students from ZPHS Mogallu attending the session. Teachers from the school also appreciated the initiative, recognizing its potential to inspire young minds.Students expressed their excitement about the session, mentioning that it provided them with a new perspective on engineering and its applications. Teachers thanked Shri Vishnu Engineering College for Women and the IEEE Power and Energy Society Chapter for organizing the event and providing valuable guidance to the students.
