DISTEA: Empowering Disabled Students with Basic Science and Technology for Increasing Education Accessibility
This program is intended to increase the awareness of parents with disabled students in STEM area so that they will have additional options to direct their children in STEM working area in the future. This workshop also captures some issues related to regulations and facilities/infrastructures for disabled students to study and work in public and private sectors.

Regulations and Carriers for Disabled People
The National Disability Commission (NDC) of Indonesia existence is to help and support disabled people for better life so that they can afford better life, education, and carrier in the future. In addition, NDC also increase awareness of disabled people existence in the Indonesian societies/citizens by running campaign and delivering lecture to some societies and organizations.
Biography:
Eka Prastama Widiyanta is one of the commissioners in The National Disability Commission (NDC) of Indonesia. He has many experiences interacting with disabled people and possess some knowledges regarding assistive technologies for disabled people and also mastering regulation material for advocating and empowering disabled people.

How to survive as an university student in Telkom University
Disabled students are minority in universities, including in Telkom University. Some times universities cannot support all type of disabilities, as a consequence, disabled students always face some difficulties in learning course materials. In this session Ilmi will share how to survive in universities, including her learning and tricks in the class and how to interact with professors and other non-disabled friends.
Biography:
Ilmi Diina Aliyah is the alumni of Telkom University majoring in Informatics. She will share how to learn in university, especially for deaf student.

How to Survive as an Educator with Partial Deaf
Working with partial deaf sometimes face difficulty, especially when communicating sharing ideas with other colleagues. In order to deal with this situation, Dr Iman will share some best practices of him when teaching and doing research. He will also share some assistive devices that are used by him.
