Meeting to define the team's plans for 2025

In this meeting, we will define our plans and goals for the upcoming year. We will better outline the roles of each board member and the types of activities we will carry out. Additionally, we will draft plans to establish partnerships, whether with companies or through collaborative events with other chapters. 

We will also discuss strategies for recruiting new members and ways to encourage them to acquire IEEE MTT-S membership and engage more in our events. To achieve this, we will gather everyone's ideas during the meeting and think strategically. We will analyze our best options to ensure that the coming year is a success and, hopefully, that we are recognized for the work we accomplish.
