Meeting's content:

• NRTF Updates:

-Updates from the NRTF committee will be shared with the executive board. 

• Second Semester Planning:

The ExCom will set a thorough plan for the second semester:

This plan will align with the annual plan already set from the beginning of the mandate. Any adjustments need to be discussed and voted upon by all attendees of the metting. 

The project manager will prepare a mediatic plan prior to the meeting and discuss it with the rest of the ExCom. PS: The rest of the officers are invited to prepare original ideas for any future media posts.

• Team Building Updates:

- The VCMA will share with the rest of the board the plannification process of the team building

- The scenario of the teaser will be set during this meeting
