In this inaugural meeting, we'll discuss a provocative 10 minute TED Talk: What It Takes to Be a Great Leader. (Watch the TED Talk now, we'll discuss it at the event.) How can you adapt your leadership style to take your career to the next level? You will leave with new ideas for yourself!
For further background thoughts on your leadership style, take a look at Leadership Styles. It is definitely more 20th Century than 21st. We'll discuss what you think, and decide what to discuss in June.
