IEEE WIE ISGIS SAG organizes officer training focusing on three key areas:

Event Planning: Learning to organize, coordinate, and execute events efficiently, managing resources and timelines.
Media Management: Developing skills for media outreach, content creation, and promoting events on various platforms.
Collaboration with Other SBs: Building partnerships and working with other Student Branches to strengthen projects and expand reach.
The training also includes the use of IEEE platforms like VTools and eNotice to streamline event management and communication.

This training equips leaders with the tools needed for effective execution and leadership within the branch.
