IEEE RAS Enetcom SBC: Robot for Campus Waste Collection"
IEEE RAS Enetcom Student Branch Chapter (SBC) is excited to introduce an innovative project focused on creating a robot to collect and dispose of garbage around the university campus. This initiative aims to combine robotics with environmental sustainability, developing an autonomous robot capable of navigating the campus, identifying and collecting waste, and disposing of it in designated bins. The project will involve designing, programming, and testing the robot to ensure efficiency, reliability, and the ability to navigate different terrains. Students will work together to integrate sensors for detecting garbage, motors for movement, and intelligent algorithms for obstacle avoidance and task automation. This initiative not only promotes a cleaner and more sustainable campus but also provides a hands-on opportunity for students to apply their robotics knowledge in real-world applications.
