IEEE Day was celebrated by DBIT IEEE Student Branch. In view of this, Students of the new batch of the technical institute were introduced of IEEE, membership benefits, the Branch and its activities.

The Branch Chair, Chaitanya C, Secretary, Gowtham N, Treasurer, H Sripadarajan Student Member, Haneesh Kumar D, Branch Counsellor, Dr. Shashi Ranjan and chief librarian Mr. Ravi T addressed the gathering (newly admitted students) of IEEE and its activities, encouraging them to take student membership, involve in the communities, be a part of Women in Engineering and assume roles and responsibities.
