General Meeting of IEEE Student Branch RECM [STB-10148]

The General Meeting of the IEEE Student Branch at Rajkiya Engineering College Mainpuri [STB-10148] was successfully held on 19th November 2024. The meeting provided a platform to review the branch’s achievements, discuss financial updates, and plan upcoming activities, marking a new chapter for the academic year 2024-25.

The agenda of the meeting included:

1. A detailed review of the past year’s events, workshops, and sessions, with an emphasis on their impact and success.
2. A financial overview presented by the Treasurer, covering income, expenses, and fund utilization. Suggestions for efficient budget management were discussed.
3. Brainstorming for upcoming technical workshops, outreach programs, and collaborations with external organizations.

A key highlight of the meeting was the Election of Office Bearers for the academic year 2024-25. The following students were unanimously elected:

• Chairperson: Kushagra Bhardwaj (CSE, 3rd Year)
• Vice Chair: Lakshmi Nayak (EE, 3rd Year)
• Secretary: Ritik Rai (CSE, 3rd Year)
• Treasurers: Prince Mishra (CSE, 3rd Year) & Deepak Verma (EE, 2nd Year)
• Webmasters: Anukalp Singh (EE, 3rd Year) & Ankit Chaurasia (EE, 2nd Year)

The WIE (Women in Engineering) Affinity Group also held its election, with the following members elected:

• Chair: Zoya Rahman (EE, 3rd Year)
• Vice Chair: Abhay Pratap Singh (EE, 3rd Year)
• Secretary: Shivani Patel (EE, 3rd Year)
• Webmasters: Ashish Srivastava (EE, 3rd Year) & Dolly Varshney (EE, 2nd Year)
• Treasurer: Divyansh Rathore (EE, 2nd Year)

Acknowledgment was given to the outgoing office bearers, including Himesh Jaiswal (Ex-Chair), Sushil Kumar & Manish Yadav (Ex-Treasurers), and Neha Devi (Ex-WIE Chair), for their exemplary contributions.

The meeting was attended by esteemed faculty members:
