Time-to-Digital and Digital-to-Time converters are essential components in high-precision timing applications. A Time-to-Digital Converter (TDC) accurately converts time intervals into digital codes, enabling the precise measurement of time differences in systems like time-of-flight sensors or high-speed data acquisition. On the other hand, a Digital-to-Time Converter (DTC) takes a digital input and generates an output with a precise time delay, which is particularly useful in clock generation, signal processing, and communication systems.
