Biography:
Bertus is a solution architect at Licensys, where he is responsible for new product development in the domain of Authenticity and Integrity services, specifically positive vehicle identification. Previously, he successfully mapped business and technology into new companies and operations in various disciplines, which include Payment Systems, Information and Communication Security and Intelligent Transport Systems. He has taken many products from conception to the market and in the process have been the inventor and [co-author] of at least 20 patents.
Bertus' technical background is in Mathematics and Computing, and his business/management background supported by solid project management discipline (PRINCE 2, PMBOK and SCRUM).
