Introduction
To ensure a smooth and successful event, we request your cooperation in adhering to the following guidelines. These guidelines cover all aspects of the event, including preparation, participation, logistics, and post-event processes.

Domain Names: Art, Music, Video, Agriculture, Education, Healthcare, Gaming and Stories

Subdomains are added in the google form

Team Size: Each team must consist of 3 members.
• Eligibility: Students from any year or department are welcome to participate, provided they have an interest in AI and problem-solving.
• Registration: Teams must register with their respective faculty in-charge by the designated deadline.

Hackathon Duration: 09:30 AM to 4:30 PM
• 09:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Session on AI Tools and Techniques
• 10:30 AM - 03:00 PM: Hackathon (problem-solving and development)
• 03:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Jury Evaluation and Presentations
Presentation Time: Each team will have 5 minutes to present their solutions, followed by a brief Q&A session with the jury.
• Evaluation Criteria:
• Innovation and Creativity (30%)
• Technical Implementation (20%)
• Feasibility and Real-World Application (35%)
• Presentation Clarity (15%)
• Provide the jury with scoring sheets and arrange for their seating and comfort.

AI HACK DAY 2025 is a *National-Level Hackathon* designed to encourage students to develop innovative applications using cutting-edge AI tools. The event is jointly organized by *IEEE & ACM, in association with the **ECE, IT, and CSE (DS, CYS) Departments* of *VNRVJIET*. It provides a platform for students to showcase their problem-solving skills while addressing real-world challenges.  

AI HACK DAY 2025 is a great opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience in AI development while competing at a national level. The event promotes innovation, collaboration, and learning, making it a must-attend for AI enthusiasts.
