SAMSAT Tour and Vision
Tour of SAMSAT Displays
The August meeting of the San Antonio Life Members Group will be a tour of the San Antonio Museum of Science and Technology (SAMSAT) at the new location on Kelly Field Annex. The Museum has an extensive collection of items from the early days of electrification, communications and computer development. For the last six months everything has been in storage but now the Museum has obtained space and begun the process of unpacking and displaying items. We will have the opportunity to see many unique pieces, including items associated with the development of computers and communications in San Antonio that will be particularly interesting.
More information on the Museum can be found on their website: samsat.org
