EaglePicher Battery Manufacturing Tour with IEEE and SWE
The IEEE Providence Section and Society of Women Engineers (SWE) New England Shoreline Section are partnering with local manufacturer EaglePicher for an interactive tour.
While Eaglepicher has experience in over 30 chemistries, today’s specialty battery technologies at Eaglepicher focus on Li-ion, silver zinc, magnesium silver chloride, thermal, lithium CFx, and energetics.
EaglePicher's East Greenwich location also houses a 20,000 square foot state-of-the-art laboratory and a dedicated research and development team. This team leverages our defense experts in lithium-ion and aqueous systems to develop primary and secondary battery chemistries.
