On 23rd January 2025, we are organizing a Pre-University STEM Event titled “TechXplore: Journey into AI, IoT, and Renewable Energy” at Municipal High School, Sugali Colony, Chilakaluripet. This event is designed to introduce 80 students, aged 10-12 years, to exciting technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), Internet of Things (IoT), and Renewable Energy Solutions through engaging presentations and hands-on activities.

15 students from our college will volunteer as mentors to explain these technologies in an interactive and fun manner, helping to spark curiosity and deeper understanding among the young learners. The aim is to provide these students with a foundational understanding of these key technologies and inspire their passion for innovation and problem-solving.

 Event Objectives:
● Teach Core Technologies: Provide an introduction to AI, IoT, and Renewable Energy
through accessible learning methods.
● Hands-on Learning: Engage students in practical activities to demonstrate how these
technologies are applied in real-world scenarios.
● Promote Teamwork and Leadership: Allow undergraduate volunteers to guide small
groups of students, fostering teamwork and leadership skills.
● Inspire Curiosity: Stimulate interest in technology and encourage students to explore these
subjects further in their academic journey.
● Build Confidence: Empower students with new skills and knowledge, boosting thei
confidence in using technology
● Community Engagement: Foster positive connections between volunteers, students, and
the local community.

Event Overview:

A. Training Session:
The event will begin with an introductory session that covers the basics of AI, IoT, and Renewable Energy, explaining their impact on modern life. The session will then transition to hands-on activities, where students can interact with simple applications of these technologies, such as building a basic IoT project, learning about AI models, or exploring renewable energy concepts.
B. Volunteer Engagement:
Undergraduate volunteers will work with small groups of 3-4 students each, ensuring personalized guidance and active engagement during the hands-on session. Volunteers will help students apply their knowledge, troubleshoot issues, and encourage them throughout the activities.
C. Closing Ceremony:
