CSS Trainig Session (Basics)
On Wednesday, February 5th, IEEE CS ENICarthage hosted a hands-on workshop that focused on the basics of CSS (Cascading Style Sheets). This session was designed to introduce participants to the core concepts of CSS and help them understand how it can be used to enhance the design and layout of websites.
During the workshop, attendees learned how to style text, set fonts, adjust colors, and work with the layout of a webpage. They also explored concepts like selectors, box models, and the use of classes and IDs to target specific elements on a page. The workshop was aimed at beginners, so it was a perfect starting point for anyone looking to enter the world of web design and development.
The session included practical examples and live demonstrations, where participants could immediately apply what they learned. By the end of the workshop, attendees had a solid understanding of the basics of CSS and were ready to start creating their own styled web pages.
This event was a great opportunity for those looking to build a strong foundation in front-end development and gain practical skills that can be used in future web projects.
