Charting Horizon - Episode 2 was a continuation of the flagship Professional and Personal Development Series, aimed at providing students with insights into the global impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and its transformative role in shaping the future. Held on February 2, 2025, via Google Meet, the event featured a structured agenda, beginning with an inaugural session, followed by a welcome note by Dr. Soma Prathibha, Chapter Advisor of IEEE CS SBC. The event included a special address by Mr. Jagadeesh, Secretary of IEEE CS SBC, and a keynote speech by Ms. Nita Patel, Vice President of Engineering at Otis and Past President of IEEE Computer Society. The session offered expert insights from an industry leader, engaging discussions on AI’s role in redefining global dynamics, and an interactive Q&A session. The event concluded with a felicitation ceremony and a vote of thanks, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning and exploration.
