Please join us for a presentation by Rustin Hall, AIA regarding project delivery methods an owner can select for organizing and financing design, construction, operations, and maintenance services for a project by entering into contract with one or more architects, engineers, and builders.  This talk will outline trends and conceptual differences in delivery methods.

  1. Introduction, statistics of alternative delivery usage, basics of project delivery
  2. Comparison of all basic delivery methods; advantages and disadvantages:
  • Design/Bid/ Build Overview: Spearin Doctrine, Liability Gap
  • GC/CM Overview
  • Design/Build Overview

     3. Closing thoughts and questions

Doors open at 5:30pm
