Dr. Rahul Singh
Biography:
Dr. Rahul Singh is a distinguished Government officer with a remarkable career spanning over two decades. As Team Head at the Joint Director level, he leads the RTI Online initiative for the Government of Uttar Pradesh, promoting transparency and accountability in governance. With a background in administrative reforms, Dr. Rahul joined the Directorate of Administrative Reforms, Uttar Pradesh Secretariat in 2002 as a Research Officer. His key contributions include conducting extensive manpower assessments, reorganizing manpower after the creation of Uttarakhand State, and providing strategic recommendations for cadre reviews in various departments. He played a pivotal role in implementing the Right to Information Act in Uttar Pradesh and serves as a Guest Faculty at prominent state training institutes. Dr. Rahul’s dedication to strengthening administrative frameworks and empowering citizens is evident in his work. He has delivered lectures on RTI and Right to Services across nearly all districts of Uttar Pradesh. His current role involves collaborating with the Chief Minister's Office to facilitate transparency and accountability. Dr. Rahul’s expertise and commitment to effective governance initiatives have made a significant impact. His work continues to inspire and promote positive change in the state.
