Innovathon Rules and Regulations

Bring your ideas to life at Innovathon!✨

RULES AND GUIDELINES🚀

Team Composition👥
- Each team must consist of exactly 2 members.
2. Eligibility🎓
- Participants must be currently enrolled in Bhilai Institute
of Technology.
- Innovaton is open to students from all departments and
branches.
3. Time Management⏳
- The event's reporting time will be 9:30 AM and it will
commence on 10 AM sharp.
-The event will be conducted on March 1st, 2025, and teams
must complete their project within the allotted time of 6
hours.
- Late submissions will not be considered.
4. Project Scope💡
-Projects must align with the themes or problem statements
provided.
-Teams are encouraged to focus on innovation, practicality,
and implementation feasibility.
5. Problem Statement📝
-The problem statement will be released 30 minutes before
the start of the event.
-Teams have to work on anyone of the given problem
statements

6. Judging Rounds🏆
-There will be a total of 2 rounds.
-First judging round 🕑: After 2 hours, mentors will provide
suggestions.
-Final judging round ⏳: After 6 hours, evaluation will take place.
7. Judging Criteria ⚖
Projects will be evaluated based on:
-Innovation 💡
-Practicality and Feasibility 🔍
-Functionality and Execution ⚙
-Team Collaboration 🤝
8. Team Responsibility🖥🔌
-Teams must bring their own laptops, chargers, and necessary tools.
-Internet access and basic resources will be provided at the venue.
9. Code of Conduct🚦
-Participants must maintain respectful and professional behavior.
-Harassment, cheating, or misconduct will lead to immediate
expulsion 🚫.
10. Final Decision ⚖🏅
-The decisions made by the judges and organizers are final.
-No disputes regarding results will be entertained.
