Level Up Leadership
Biography:
Jenn is a senior-level Safety, Health, Environmental and Training executive. She has over 30 years of experience in the electric utility and contract power-line construction space.
Jenn prides herself on being able to work alongside front-line workers in the field and enter the board room later the same day, with the same confidence and ability to facilitate change. Listening to our workers has been key to her success. She has a keen ability to identify safety-related issues and to change culture by building collaborative relationships with key stakeholders.
Jenn has a love for gymnastics and given her career, she decided to become gymnastics judge to mentor young ladies. Gymnasts must be well-rounded, hardworking and dedicated. With Jenn’s role in the construction space, Jenn shows them that any career is open to them. Their individual “brand” is important at a young age as so much of it ends up in a public setting, including social media. Offering guidance, support and even a score provides them with feedback which many of us do not receive until our first job performance review. These athletes are a few steps ahead of many of their peers.
Jenn, when not traveling for work, splits her time between Galveston, TX and Puerto Morelos, MX where she enjoys water activities, historical sites and traveling with her partner Michael. Jenn has 3 adult children and 3 grands living throughout the USA.
