The integration of Digital Twin technology, Building Information Modeling (BIM), and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is transforming asset information management in the built environment. This session explores how a comprehensive Asset Information Management System (AIMS) leverages these technologies to enhance real-time monitoring, predictive maintenance, and efficient decision-making. Key topics include data interoperability, sensor-based monitoring, AI-driven analytics, and spatial analysis for optimized asset lifecycle management. The session will also highlight real-world applications in urban planning, infrastructure management, and smart city development, demonstrating how BIM-GIS integration improves operational efficiency and sustainability in modern infrastructure systems.
