Washington Section March 2025 AdCom Meeting
Please join us for the monthly administrative meeting of the IEEE Washington Section. All IEEE members in our section are welcome to attend.
We encourage all chairs of chapters in the Washington Section (including joint chapters) to attend this meeting and present a short summary of their chapters' plans for 2025. For example, chapter chairs may have a few speakers in mind for technical talks that would be of interest to their members, or ideas for larger seminars to bring their members together to discuss their chapters' interests. In the event a chapter chair cannot attend, they may send a proxy instead, or alternatively a Powerpoint slide summarizing their plans. IEEE members interested in volunteering are encouraged to attend, meet their chapter chairs, and learn about exciting events planned for this year.
Note that the AdCom meeting will be held at a new location this year at the Rockville Memorial Library in the Meeting Room on the 1st Floor. Parking is available with street meters or in the Rockville Town Square garages. Library customers can get 2 hours of free parking when they park in one of the Rockville Town Square garages. There is also parking available across the street from the library.
Light refreshments will be available during the meeting and we will plan to go out to lunch at a nearby restaurant after the meeting.
