Biography:

Chaltu is representative of IEEE IAS, supporting IEEE IAS - CMD Activities in Africa as a Board Member at Large. She is an award-winning humanitarian climate engineer and  gender mainstreaming leader with 6+ years of impactful experience managing community impact renewable energy projects and teams and ESG initiatives.

IEEE IAS is one of the largest special interest societies within the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE), the IAS focuses specifically on the unique needs of industry and commerce. IAS is a source of professional power to its 14,000+ worldwide members.

Biography:

Job Lazarus Okello is an outstanding, influential and distinguished multi-gifted and talented Ugandan-born international Scholar, Researcher, Diplomat, Pan-Africanist, author, speaker, mechanical engineer, manufacturing engineer and entrepreneur. He is the co-founder of Unlimited Inspiration International, a global organization with a vision of transforming lives globally by inspiring, motivating, and empowering humanity. Job is also the principal guest on the Continental Pan-African Show “Let’s Build Africa” of Priana TV of Ghana where topical discussions are held to diagnose African problems and then propose practical and realistic solutions to the problems while clearly specifying everyone’s role.

Currently, Job is a research student at the prestigious Egypt-Japan University of Science and Technology (E-JUST), New Borg El-Arab City, Alexandria Governorate, Egypt. Job holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Makerere University, a Diploma in Bible Study from Amazing Facts Bible School, a Certificate in Scratch Coding Language from Makerere University, a Certificate in Developing Talents and Leadership from Total Professeurs Associes (TPA), and Total E&P Uganda, a Certificate in Investment Decision Process and Petroleum & Energy Economics from Total Professeurs Associes (TPA) and Total E&P Uganda, and a Certificate in Entrepreneurship Development from Makerere University Business School (MUBS) and Uganda Investment Authority (UIA).

Job's research interests include microfluidics, micromachining, microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), modelling and simulation of microfabrication of microchannels for microfluidic applications, Non-traditional machining.
