This one day workshop will provide an overview of enterprise architecture management, as well as the ADOxx approach to enterprise modelling and meta-modelling with specific focus on the ADOIT tool. The workshop will introduce some relevant foundations of existing Enterprise Architecture Management concepts, frameworks, and standards as well as the ADOIT modelling platform. Participants will learn how to use the industry-level ADOIT software platform to solve realistic cases or their own case. A discussion of how to utilize the ADOIT platform in industry and education concludes this workshop.

This workshop is targeted at professionals, practitioners, academics and students with an interest in how industry-proven tools can be applied in practice, as well as trainers or educators interested in ADOIT.

The practical hands-on experience will use the ADOit:CE community edition platform (http://www.adoit-community.com/). Participants are asked to download and install the ADOit:CE software on their laptops in advance. In case of any installation issues, please refer to the ADOit:CE homepage (http://www.adoit-community.com/technical-support/) and, if necessary, to the contact formula.

BOC Group’s ADOIT received the highest score among all vendors in the Strategy category in The Forrester Wave™: “Enterprise Architecture Management Suites, Q2 2017” (https://uk.boc-group.com/).
