Title: Application of AI in Healthcare Programs to support non-profit hospitals and manufacturers.

Abstract:
The 340B Drug Pricing Program plays a critical role in supporting non-profit hospitals by providing discounted medications to underserved populations. The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into the 340B program offers transformative potential to enhance efficiency, compliance, and resource allocation. This presentation covers the application of AI in key areas, including drug procurement, inventory management, compliance monitoring, patient eligibility verification, and revenue cycle optimization. AI-driven tools can also reduce drug diversion, enhance data transparency , and provide actionable insights for stakeholders. While these advancements promise significant benefits, such as cost savings and improved patient care, challenges such as data privacy, implementation costs, and potential biases must be addressed. AI’s strategic application in the 340B program can foster greater collaboration between non-profit hospitals and manufacturers, ensuring the program’s continued success in addressing healthcare disparities.
