Dr. Agarwal delivered an inspiring talk highlighting the importance of women in engineering, shared a historical perspective, discussed the challenges faced by women, and provided valuable insights on how to overcome these challenges. She also shared inspirational stories and explored various research and career opportunities for women in STEM fields.

The event was highly engaging and motivated participants to continue striving for excellence in their respective fields. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Neelima Agarwal for her time and inspiring words and to everyone who contributed to making this event a success.

Dr. Neelima Agrawal is an Assistant Professor at the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) Surat. She completed her Postdoctoral research at National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU) Taiwan, focusing on UAV-based Intelligent Reflecting Surface (IRS)-assisted wireless communication networks for diverse applications. Dr. Agrawal earned her PhD from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology (VNIT) Nagpur, specializing in Power Line Communication. She holds an M.Tech degree from Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology (MMMUT) Gorakhpur and a B.Tech from Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University (AKTU), Lucknow. With a strong academic background, Dr. Agrawal has contributed to six SCI journals and transactions, as well as five IEEE conference articles. Her primary research interests lie in wireless communication, power line communication (PLC), energy harvesting, Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA), and related areas. Along with this she is an active reviewer of various IEEE conference, journal and transactions.
