IAS mentorship
The IEEE IAS & Young Professionals (YP) Mentorship Session is designed to bridge the gap between students, young professionals, and experienced engineers by providing a platform for knowledge-sharing, career guidance, and technical discussions. This session will focus on key aspects of professional growth, industry trends, and practical insights to help attendees navigate their careers in electrical and electronics engineering.
A major highlight of this event is the presence of a Distinguished Lecturer, who will deliver a specialized talk on a cutting-edge topic, offering valuable expertise and perspectives on emerging technologies, industry advancements, and their impact on future engineering careers. This will be followed by an engaging Q&A session, allowing participants to interact directly with the speaker and gain deeper insights.
The mentorship session will also feature experienced IEEE members and industry professionals who will share their career journeys, provide guidance on professional development, and discuss opportunities available through IEEE IAS and YP programs.
