The IEEE Women in Engineering (WIE) Affinity Group at IIT organized an exclusive industry visit to WSO2, one of the top software companies in the industry, providing an invaluable opportunity for students to gain first-hand exposure to the corporate world of technology. A total of 35 students participated in this visit, including the top five teams from SHErlock 2.0 and the dedicated volunteers who worked tirelessly to make the event a success.

Since all participants were pursuing software-related degrees, this visit served as a remarkable learning experience, bridging the gap between academic knowledge and real-world industry practices. Students had the opportunity to explore WSO2’s innovative work environment, interact with professionals, and gain insights into the latest trends, technologies, and career paths in the software industry.
