Workshop debrief:

nour halouani:The workshops went very well, and participants were happy, even though things were rushed. The coffee breaks and overall organization were well-managed.

Derbali:Like Nour, he added that some participants attended all the sessions, were very interested in the workshops, and asked many questions.

Nada :Nada agreed, saying it was the first time she felt like a guest and didn’t have to work as she did in previous workshops.

Nour Mahmoudi:The event went very well; participants arrived on time, the coffee breaks were well organized, and the content of the workshops was engaging even though it is not our responsiblity.

maram:he organization was good, and she relied on Souheib and his team. For the AutoCAD workshop, some participants didn’t realize it was AutoCAD Plant, not the standard AutoCAD. However, we posted a catalog with the information, and since it was clearly stated, it’s not our fault that some didn't read it.

STUDY TRIP POSITIONS:

To summarize, we decided on the following roles:

  • Derbali: Chair
  • Nada: Social Activities
  • Nour Halweni: General Secretary
  • Souheib: Sponsoring Manager
  • Iyed: Media Manager
  • Nour Mahmoudi: Technical Activities
  • Maram: Supervisor

For the ISTIC team, they will have positions such as Industrial Visits, Accommodation, Media, Social Activities, and Sponsorship. They will also have a Vice Chair.

 

Competition Proposal: HLC Tech's proposal for mentoring a competition:

An international competition will start in June. HLC proposed that we form teams, and they will supervise us. We should also have supervisors from INSAT, like Atef Boulila. This project will take place in the summer and be declared as a "stage d'été." We didn’t finish discussing this point due to time constraints.
