One hour lecture was delivered by Dr.M.Veera kumari on Clean and Green Energy.

Biography:

Dr.M.veera kumari is Professor in EEE Department,with an experience of 22 years in teaching.She is an inspiration to students.

Maddipati Veera Kumari,born in Tanuku in a farmer family, obtained her BTech degree from RVR&JC college of Engineering, Nagarjuna University Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India in 2001. She received her ME degree from Osmania University College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India in 2003.  She was awarded PhD from Andhra university college of Engineering, Andhra University Vishakhapatnam, India, in 2016. she  pursued  AICTE Sponsored QIP PG Course on Blockchain and Cybersecurity at IIIT Kalyani,Dec 2024. she guided 12 MTech Project students and 20 BTech Project batches. Presently she is guiding two PhD scholar. She is Proactive in inculcating innovative ideas and guiding students for Competitive exams.  Active researcher in   the areas of Green Hydrogen Production, Blockchain and Cybersecurity. She is working as student advisor IEEE PES student Chapter, SIRCRRCOE. She is Convenor of MOE IIC SIRCRRCOE.   Her major areas of interest are Power system Planning, Load forecasting, Generation expansion planning, MVDC, Energy management, Green Hydrogen production. She worked as faculty in various cadres like Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, presently Professor in EEE department of Sir CRR College of Engineering Eluru, since last 20 years. She taught Optimization techniques, Control systems, Advanced Control systems, Signals and Systems, Digital Signal Processing, Principles of Signals and Systems, Internet of Things and Applications, Power System Analysis, Neural Networks Fuzzy Logic, Digital Control Systems and Artificial Intelligence Techniques in PG and UG level.

An Active researcher in areas of research includes Power system Planning, Load forecasting, Generation expansion planning, MVDC, Energy management, Green Hydrogen production, Blockchain and cybersecurity in power Systems. she is student friendly and always encourages students to participate in several innovative and creative activities.

Bramareswara Rao of Electrical and Electronics Engineering

Dr.SNV Brameswara Rao delivered  a lecture on clean energy to intelligent grids to IEEE PES students  and  non IEEE students.

As part of the PES Day 2025 celebrations at Sir C R Reddy College of Engineering, Eluru, an insightful 3-hour seminar titled "Clean Energy to Intelligent Grids" was delivered by one of our esteemed faculty members. The session covered the integration of renewable energy sources like solar, wind, and hydropower into intelligent grid networks, focusing on real-time data monitoring, automated control, and advanced communication technologies. It emphasized the importance of clean energy in achieving net-zero targets, smart grid architectures, and cybersecurity considerations, inspiring participants to contribute to the global transition toward a greener, smarter energy ecosystem.

Dr. S. N. V. Bramareswara Rao

• Dr. S. N. V. Bramareswara Rao holds a B.E. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, an M.E. in Power Systems and Automation, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam, completed in 2008, 2015, and 2022 respectively. He also earned a prestigious PG Certificate in Wireless Technology and IoT from IIT Roorkee under the AICTE-QIP PG Certificate Program in 2024.With over 15 years of academic experience, Dr. Rao is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the Department of Electrical & Electronics Engineering at Sir C. R. Reddy College of Engineering, Eluru. 
• He is also a ratified faculty member under Andhra University and JNTU Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. Dr. Rao is a proud recipient of the MHRD stipend and the Visvesvaraya Fellowship from Digital India Corporation, MeitY, Govt. of India. He has authored and presented numerous research papers at national and international platforms and is actively involved in peer-reviewing for reputed journals such as IEEE, Taylor & Francis, MDPI, Wiley, Elsevier, Springer, IJCDS, and Bulletin of Electrical Engineering and Informatics. He is currently serving as an Editor/Editorial Board Member for journals including the Green Electricity Journal, Journal of Energy Storage and Conversion, and STM Journals.
