Green Sparks: Powering a Sustainable Future "IEEE PES Day Tree Plantation Drive "
As part of IEEE PES Day 2025, aligning with the global theme "Clean Energy, Smarter Grids, Better Lives", IEEE NSU PES SBC in collaboration with Earth Club, is organizing a tree plantation drive to promote environmental sustainability and raise awareness about the crucial role of green energy in shaping a better future on 20 April 2025 at North South University in campus.
This initiative focuses on using clean energy and shows our promise to protect the planet by combining nature with new technology in power and energy. Participants will engage in tree-planting activities aimed at developing a sense of responsibility towards sustainable living and climate action. The presence of honorable guests, including Pro Vice Chancellor, Dean, Department Chair, and Mr. Saif Ahmed Sir, will add significance to this event, celebrating our united commitment toward a greener tomorrow.
