Previously, Brandon specialized in helping enterprise companies implement LLM and AI solutions to enhance customer experience and ecommerce platforms. He simplifies complex technical concepts and guides organizations through digital transformation in today's AI landscape.

Joe LaChapell of M2 Technology

Biography:

Joe LaChapell brings extensive technology leadership experience as VP of IT at M2 Technology and former CIO at Warehouse Specialists, where he led major digital transformation initiatives for 18 years. His background spans enterprise system implementation, independent technology consulting, and team development as a basketball coach. Joe combines technical expertise with practical leadership skills to help organizations effectively navigate technological change in today's AI-driven workplace.
