Dronathon is a drone competition which aims to expose students to the fascinating field of aerial technology. It consists of four main segments: interactive workshops, inspirational panel sessions, a hands-on hackathon, and a concluding awards ceremony for innovation and creativity. These sessions address some of the drone-based problems like Autonomous Navigation, Aerial Mapping, Payload Delivery, and Innovative Drone Applications. Students will be working in teams to design, program, and optimize drones to accomplish given missions. Students will utilize their knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and programming acquiring new ones through hands-on experience.
