DRONATHON 2.0 is an innovative drone-focused competition designed to introduce students to the exciting and rapidly evolving world of aerial technology. Organized under the theme “How to Train Your Drones,” the event brings together passionate innovators for two dynamic days of learning, creativity and technical exploration.

The program combines interactive workshops, expert panel discussions, and a hands-on hackathon, culminating in an awards ceremony that celebrates innovation and excellence. Participants will explore cutting-edge topics such as autonomous navigation, aerial mapping, payload delivery and innovative drone applications.

Throughout the event, students work collaboratively in teams to design and program drones capable of completing specific missions. They apply their knowledge of electronics, mechanics and programming, while gaining new skills through immersive, hands-on experience guided by professionals and IEEE experts.

The agenda features engaging activities, including an air show, astronomy conference, cybersecurity session and telescopic observation night, ensuring a comprehensive and inspiring experience that blends technology, science and fun.
