The nature of the activity is an assembly of IEEE-MUSB Members. It will provide an opportunity for all members to engage with the leadership and gain a deeper understanding of the organization’s latest structure and responsibilities. The session will begin with an introduction of the new officers of IEEE-MUSB, highlighting the roles and responsibilities of each committee, along with the symbolism representing each committee's purpose and function. This will be followed by a reading of the IEEE-MUSB constitution, ensuring that all members are well-acquainted with the organization’s guiding principles and policies.

The activity will also include a discussion of the members' grading system, outlining how participation and performance in various activities impact their standing. Recent events, as well as major upcoming events, will be reviewed to provide insight into the opportunities for members to get involved. The session will also highlight the use of the IEEE-MUSB Discord and group chat as essential platforms for communication and updates. To conclude, important reminders will be shared, including the need for participation in tambay sessions, the payment of local dues, and other key expectations for members to remain active and engaged in the organization.

Agenda

The Members’ Assembly will be held online at Zoom Meetings. The agenda will begin with the doxology, followed by opening remarks from the hosts. Afterward, the officers of IEEE-MUSB will be introduced, and the roles and responsibilities of each committee will be discussed, along with the symbol representing each committee. The session will also cover the reading of the IEEE-MUSB constitution to ensure all members are familiar with the organization's guiding principles.

The meeting will then move on to the discussion of members' grades, explaining how participation in various activities contributes to their standing within the organization. Recent events and major upcoming events will be reviewed, followed by a discussion on the importance of staying connected through the IEEE-MUSB Discord and group chat. Lastly, the session will include reminders about participation in tambay sessions, the payment of local dues, and other essential responsibilities for maintaining active membership. The meeting will conclude with a Q&A session and closing remarks.
