The nature of the activity is an assembly of IEEE-MUSB Members. The activity will also include a discussion of the members' grading system, outlining how participation and performance in various activities impact their standing. Recent events, as well as major upcoming events, will be reviewed to provide insight into the opportunities for members to get involved. The session will also highlight the use of the IEEE-MUSB Discord and group chat as essential platforms for communication and updates. To conclude, important reminders will be shared, including the need for participation in tambay sessions, the payment of local dues, and other key expectations for members to remain active and engaged in the organization.

The Members’ Assembly will be held online at Zoom Meetings. The agenda will begin with the doxology, followed by opening remarks from the hosts. Afterward, the officers of IEEE-MUSB will be introduced, and the roles and responsibilities of each committee will be discussed, along with the symbol representing each committee.
