SWBO West Power Complex - Joint LES & PES Meeting

We are having a joint meeting with LES on May 14th. Stephen Nelson, General Superintendent of the Sewerage and Water Board of New Orleans, will give an update on the West Power Complex under construction at the Carrollton Water Purification Plant. This will be a dinner meeting at Southport Hall. There will be a cash bar with music and dancing following the presentation. We encourage you to bring your spouse or significant other.

Stephen Nelson of  SWBNO General Superintendent

Mr. Nelson holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and a Master of Science in Environmental Engineering from Washington State University. With an active Professional Engineer license in both Washington and Louisiana, Nelson has demonstrated leadership in various capacities throughout his career. He joined SWBNO after serving as a Project Manager for Century West Engineering in Spokane, Washington, and Vice President of Stuart Consulting in Metairie, LA. He has extensive federal program experience, including managing projects with FEMA, Natural Resources Conservation Service (NRCS), and Community Development Block Grants.
