RM is working on inviting Dr. John Fleisher on an upcoming webinar on "Bridging Innovation and Access: How Patients, Payers, and Policy can Shape the Future of Medical Technology."

- Applied for the April 21 funding.

- Sent email for licensed Zoom account.

- Meeting time will be changed to 2-2:30 pm after mid-April. New set of meeting invites will be sent out.

- May event: invitation sent to Anahita Kyani, Chair of Women in Biomedical Eng (WiBME), to discuss a potential co-hosted event with EMBS Boston.

ME preparing a survey for feedback from EMBS members in the greater Boston area. The survey will gauge the interest of the members in regards events hosted by EMBS Boston.

TL showed how members from the Boston section and relevant chapters can be found on IEEE Collabratec. He recommended including questions on the survey to find out the types of events, technical areas, event locations, etc that members prefer.

AS discussed a few important points related to logistics, the Boston section, and collaborating on joint events with other local chapters.
