You are Invited: IEEE Richmond Section Family Picnic and Social Gathering – June 6th 2025

Dear IEEE Richmond Section Members,

We are excited to invite you and your family to our IEEE Richmond Section Family Picnic & Social Gathering, one of our first major in-person events designed to bring our members together in a relaxed and friendly environment.

📅 Date: Friday, June 6th, 2025
🕔 Time: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM (EST)
📍 Venue: Twin Hickory Park – Recreation Room (with access to outdoor play area)
💲 Registration Fee: $5 per IEEE Member which covers the entire family
🗓️ Registration Deadline: Please register by May 30th 2025 to help us coordinate food and logistics effectively.

This event will be a wonderful opportunity to:

Connect with fellow IEEE members and their families in the Richmond area
Enjoy outdoor fun for children at the Twin Hickory Park play area
Participate in brief, informative sessions about IEEE membership benefits and Richmond Section initiatives — all held in the Recreation Room (detailed Session and Speaker information details will be shared in a follow-up email).
Share dinner and build lasting connections — all activities will take place between 5:00 PM and 7:00 PM
