IEEE Toronto ExCom Meeting
We would like to invite you to the Spring ExCom meeting of 2025—yes, we can almost call it “spring” here in Toronto.
This will be a hybrid event held on May 8th, at Toronto Metropolitan University (TMU). For in-person participants, the exact room (at TMU) will be announced closer to the date.
1. Below is the link to register for the event and let us know the status of your participation (online or in-person). Please make sure you register by Tuesday, May 6th.
2. Please ensure that a representative from your chapter is present. If the chapter chair, and/or vice chair are unable to attend, kindly designate another chapter representative to participate in discussions and decisions.
3. Chairs of chapter and affinity groups: If you have updates to share during the meeting, please let us know in advance.
