IEEE RAS – Amman Arab University Black Line Following Robot Competition
The Black Line Following Robot Competition is an exciting challenge where student teams design, build, and program autonomous robots capable of tracking and following a black line on a designated track. This competition tests participants' engineering skills, problem-solving abilities, and teamwork as they compete to create the fastest and most efficient line-following robot.
Objectives:
-
Encourage hands-on learning in robotics, programming, and AI.
-
Promote creativity, innovation, and practical application of STEM concepts.
-
Foster teamwork and competitive spirit among students.
-
Provide a platform for students to showcase their technical projects to peers, faculty, and industry sponsors.
Competition Structure:
-
Qualifying Rounds: Ten teams compete, with the top five advancing to the finals.
-
Final Round: The best five robots face off to determine the top three winners.
