1. Financial status of the chapter.
2. To discuss the budget of the IEEE International Conference on Smart Power, Energy, Renewables, and Transportation (IEEE-SPERT) 2025 to be organized at SVNIT Surat.
3. To discuss about DLs to be organized by the chapter this year and possibility of calling one or two DLs to the Conference.
4. To discuss and finalise speakers for PELS Day/IES Day/IAS Day and IEEE Day celebration.
5. To discuss other events to be organized by the chapter in this year.
6. To discuss the role of all the ExCom members and establish close co-ordination.
