Battery webinar
Join us for an engaging webinar exploring the latest advancements in sustainable battery technologies, jointly organized under the Flexus and Green Batter projects. This cross-border initiative brings together leading researchers from Finland and Sweden, supported by the Interreg Aurora program and regional co-funding, to foster innovation in energy storage. The webinar will feature insightful presentations on cutting-edge topics: Dr. Shaikshavali Petnikota (SLU, Sweden) will discuss boron-assisted low-temperature graphitization of biomass for Li-ion battery anodes; Dr. Gayathri Peta (University of Oulu, Finland) will explore interfacial phenomena and role of salt anions on the reactivity of polymer electrolytes; Assoc. Prof. Jonas Örtegren (Mid Sweden University) will highlight the role of nanomaterials in batteries; and Prof. Faiz Ullah Shah (Luleå University of Technology, Sweden) will examine the intersection of battery technology, electric vehicles, and the green transition.
