The analysis of fires that occurred in Italy in the first ten months of 2024 in accommodation facilities highlights some interesting aspects that can direct behaviors towards a more safety-friendly management. Electrical and special systems are one of the fundamental investments for regulatory adjustments of accommodation facilities to increasingly restrictive and fair laws and regulations with the aim of guaranteeing and providing safety to guests, staff and operators who must intervene in the event of critical events.
